Our parser reads each listing and creates a clean, structured post on Linkroom — usually within 24 hours. We refresh daily and remove expired roles automatically.
Candidates apply on your site
Every "Apply" button on Linkroom links straight to the original posting on your site. You get the application directly into your ATS, exactly as if the candidate had found you yourself.

Common questions
Do candidates apply through Linkroom?
No. Every "Apply" button on Linkroom links directly to the role on your own careers page or ATS. We don't sit between you and the candidate.
How quickly do new roles appear?
Standard listings are usually live within 24 hours of us being notified. Featured and Sponsored roles are prioritised and typically live the same business day.
What happens when a role closes?
If you set a closing date in your original posting we'll remove it automatically when it expires. If you don't, we revisit listings periodically and remove anything that 404s or has been pulled from your site.
Do you take a recruitment fee?
No. Linkroom is not a recruitment agency — we don't take placement fees, retainers, or commissions. The only paid options are the Featured and Sponsored placements above, billed monthly.
Can we list a single role without a careers page?
Yes. Email us the role details and we'll create a one-off listing. We just need a working application URL or email so candidates can apply with you directly.
