Responsibilities
Participate in learning programme to maximise individual and organisational development benefits through the execution of predefined training objectives. You will receive exposure to the Home loans Sales and Service Enablement areas for a period of 12 months. You must commit to complete all the academic modules and on-the-job training.
Requirements
- Aged between 18-30 years
- South African citizen or permanent resident
- Completed Degree or equivalent NQF level 7 qualification
- Proficient in English
- Computer literate
- Not currently employed
- Not registered with any other learnership, internship, or learning institute
- Not currently studying
- Strong customer service skills and excellent problem-solving ability
- Organization skills with attention to detail and emphasis on follow-up
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
- High level of professionalism and courteousness
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Self-starter with hands-on mentality
- Team player and self-motivated
- Flexible with willingness to learn and work
- Detailed CV with all relevant contacts and references
- Copies of certificates, identity card and proof of address
Duration
This is a 12 months only learnership programme. Every candidate must be available for the full 12 months programme in order to graduate.
Benefits
Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend.
