Responsibilities
Participate in learning programme/s in order to maximise individual and organisational development benefit/s through the execution of predefined training objectives. You will receive exposure to the Home Loans Sales and Service Enablement areas for a period of 12 months.
As a learner, you will be required to demonstrate:
- Strong customer service skills and excellent problem-solving ability
- Organization skills; pay attention to detail and place emphasis on follow-up
- Ability to work well in a team and both listen and communicate effectively
- A high level of professionalism and courteousness
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Self-starter with hands-on mentality
Requirements
- Aged between 18-30 years
- South African citizen or permanent resident
- Completed Degree or equivalent NQF level 7 qualification
- Proficient in English
- Not currently employed
- Not registered with any other learnership, internship, or learning institute
- Computer literate
- Team player and self-motivated
- Flexible and willing to learn and work
- Detailed CV with relevant contacts and references
- Copies of certificates, identity card and proof of address
Duration & Stipend
This is a 12-month learnership programme. Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend.
