What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for assigned product portfolios and customer segments

- Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal allocation of resources across various initiatives and channels
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to optimize online customer acquisition and engagement strategies
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns and creative development
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with financial services regulations and industry best practices
- Support the development of content marketing strategies including thought leadership and educational materials
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services or related industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, email, and content marketing
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management systems
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing performance measurement and ROI analysis
- Knowledge of South African financial services regulations and compliance requirements
