What You'll Do

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for AI and machine learning integration across banking operations
• Collaborate with data science teams to develop and deploy AI models for various banking applications
• Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analysis for proposed AI initiatives and solutions
• Support the implementation of AI governance frameworks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed AI systems, providing recommendations for optimization
• Assist in the development of AI training datasets and ensure data quality standards are maintained
• Create documentation and presentations for AI projects, communicating technical concepts to business stakeholders
• Participate in cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions with existing banking systems and processes
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry best practices in financial services
• Support change management initiatives related to AI adoption across different business units
• Contribute to the development of AI ethics policies and responsible AI practices within the organization
• Assist in vendor evaluations and selection processes for AI technology platforms and solutions

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related technical field
• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, AI/ML projects, or business analysis roles
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts and applications
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, or similar programming languages
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Understanding of banking operations and financial services industry practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI services

• Master's degree in Data Science, AI, or related field
